The goal of every good educator is to develop an environment in which all students can learn. The key to developing that environment includes positive classroom relationships between teachers and students. When teachers and students have positive classroom relationships, student teacher fights are eliminated, the minority staff deficit is closed, student disciplinary infractions decrease and student classroom achievement increases, which also benefits parents, schools, and their community.
